Transform the Basic Pony Tail into Someting "Knotty & Nice"!!

Beth Govern presents this stunning tutorial using a pony-tail as the base!
"Knotty & Nice"


Products Used:
Quick Tease
Quick Dry hairspray
Color Rebel Silver Glitter Spray

What You Need:
Bobby Pins
Hair tie
Texture Iron (optional)
Curling Iron

Step 1: Isolate hair at crown. Apply Quick Tease from root to mid-shaft of hair and use a blow dryer for extra volume (hold blow dryer below section & point nozzle upwards).



Step 2: Still want more volume at the crown? Follow up with some teasing.

Step 3: Smooth out and section hair starting above ears and back towards occipital bone. Secure with a hair tie.



Step 4: Smooth out any fly-aways with Quick Dry hairspray.

Step 5: Separate remaining hair in 3 sections.



Step 6: (Optional) Use a texture iron on the outside sections to create more hold with fine hair.

Step 7: Create hole with fingers on right side of ponytail.

Step 8: Take hair on left side and insert into hole. Secure with bobby pins. Repeat step on the other side.

Finished Look: Finish off with loose curls and glitter spray for a festive look.
