1st Health Screen & Wellness Fair!

• Time: 7am-1pm

This event with be in conjunction with the ever popular Canton Rotary Pancake Breakfast & Pick Your Prize Raffle 

Health Screenings available:

• Basic Panel of Tests(CBC with differential CMP, lipid, GGT, Phosphorus and total iron)- $40.00

Optional Tests:

• Thyroid-$7.00
• A1C Hemoglobin- $15.00
• PSA- $15.00
• Colo-Rectal Kit- $6.00
• Vitamin D 125- $48.00

Payment for screenings is due on the day of the event. The  Rotary Club of Canton will accent cash, check, or Visa & Master Card. Walk-In appointments are also welcomed.  

Participants are welcome to stay after their blood work

 to enjoy the Pancake Breakfast and Pick Your Prize Raffel offered by The Rotary Club Of Canton 

& the FREE Wellness Fair
